For some reason, I was thinking ANet might add fun little items that change your appearance later on or during holidays (kinda like Noggenfogger/ Savory Deviate Delight from WoW).

Some people want to be able to change a character's name and facial appearance. But I would think a gender change would be odd. Or how about changing primary profession.

I would like a Ranger mask for my female Ranger that acts as a fake beard and mustache. That would be cool.

How about some gender-bender armor sets. We could turn LA Lions Arch into LA Los Angeles complete with a Tyrian themed Sunset Strip and Hollywood Blvd.
